Mapex M Birch (Fusion)

The M Birch Series shells are made from multiple birch plies with an exterior maple veneer, giving you a great tone and a great look. The shells deliver incredible attack at the high end, but with a narrower mid-range and significant "punch" at the bottom end. The exterior maple ply is finished with eight coats of hand applied, transparent lacquer for a shell that looks as good as it sounds. Pearl VX Vision (Various Set-ups)

Based on the original Vision formula, VX drumsets feature blended Birch Ply shells with 6/8 shell technology. Lower frequencies require greater energy to project equally to match the high frequencies produced by smaller drums. Vision’s combination of six-ply rack toms and eight-ply floor toms and bass drums deliver a dynamically balanced sound. This kit is available in 9 different set-ups. Pearl VSX Vision (Varius Set-ups)

Pearl’s 60 years of acoustic research has proven that the interior plies of the shell are the key influence to the overall sonic characteristic of the drum. Vision Series exploits this knowlege to the fullest by using two unique shell recipes of Birch and Basswood. Birch offers a resilent tightly bound network of cells that tend to accelerate rebounding sound waves making it perfect where mid to high frequencies are desired. Basswood provides a slightly softer cellulouse composition which tends to slow the sound waves thus promoting mid to low frequency response. By adjusting the overall balance of one ingredient to the other allows a fine tuning of frequency response much like their Reference Series. This kit is available in 9 different set-ups. Each set-up includes a 14"x5.5" Brushed Steel SensiTone Snare Drum, Pearl Hi Hat Stand, Pearl Snare Drum Stand, Pearl Bass Drum Pedal, Pearl Boom Cymbal Stand, Pearl Straight Cymbal Stand, and Tom Holders. VSX comes with a Brushed Steel SensiTone snare drum and Award-Winning 900 Series Hardware. The VSX is available in 6 Ultra-Exotic wrap options, 1 with black drum hardware.

Traps E450 Electric Drum Kit

Unlike other electronic drums you get a standard sized set of drums 12" snare, 10" tom, 12" tom, 14" tom and 20" kick drum. These are fitted with mesh heads and our new under skin trigger system for near silent performance. So when used with headphones you can turn the volume right up and practice to your hearts content without upsetting the neighbours and/or your parents. Alternatively plug the output into a PA and blow the crowd away at your next gig. The drums are constructed from a very high quality and durable ABS and are fitted with mesh heads, steel counter hoops and are tuned with the traditional multi screw tuning system. Of course because the drums are all standard sizes it is also possible to fit standard heads and cymbals (not supplied) to convert the E450 into an acoustic kit.
